Touch Down Motel, a family-run budget hotel near Cologne Central Station and the breathtaking Cologne Cathedral, delivered a memorable experience for my family vacation. The convenient location, a stone’s throw from both the station and the cathedral, made exploring Cologne a breeze, even with my energetic kids in tow. We savored a delightful stroll to the riverbank for a scenic boat tour on the Rhine River, easily accessible on foot from the hotel. The cozy rooms, adorned with modern touches and abundant natural light, felt like a tranquil retreat amidst our bustling adventures. The welcoming restaurant charmed us with its delectable dishes, pleasing even my pickiest eater. The attentive staff efficiently arranged early morning taxi rides, ensuring our smooth travel transitions. Touch Down Motel graciously complemented our family vacation with its warmth and convenience, embodying a true home away from home.
